���� The Donegal Celtic Under 15 team are through to the final of the Northern Boys Cup after an exciting semi-final.� Donegal Celtic were missing their number one keeper.� Substitute Connor McGourty stepped up to man goals.� The game went to penalties, where Connor ended up saving a crucial penalty and scoring one himself.� However, coach Mal Donaghy, argues that it was truly a team effort.

Richard has shown the dedication and professionalism required to improve his coaching skills and is very popular with the children he coaches at the mini-soccer centre and local primary and post primary schools.

Richard at the age of 18, holds coaching qualifications such as the Mini Soccer Leader Award and is a Junior Team Manager.
