successful candidate must:

equivalent 3rd level qualification or 5 years relevant experience |

be a part
qualified accountant |
|
have 2 years
experience of staff management including the identification of learning and
development needs |

have 2 years
experience (in the last 5) in a position with responsibility for financial and
management accounting |
